Bruno Mars Las Vegas 2026: The Romantic Tour Opens at Allegiant Stadium

Bruno Mars kicks off The Romantic Tour at Allegiant Stadium on Friday, April 10, 2026. It is the first date on a 71-show global run and marks his return to live performance after wrapping a record-setting residency at Dolby Live inside Park MGM.

The second Las Vegas show follows on Saturday, April 11. Both are stadium-scale productions, a significant step up from the intimate Dolby Live theater where Mars performed over the past nine years.

The April 10 Parade and Street Naming

Hours before the concert, Las Vegas is throwing a city-wide celebration. April 10 has been officially proclaimed Bruno Mars Day.

A parade will begin at 1 p.m. on the north side of Bellagio on Las Vegas Boulevard. The procession travels south past the Fountains of Bellagio, The Cosmopolitan, ARIA, and Park MGM before ending at Toshiba Plaza in front of T-Mobile Arena around 1:30 p.m.

At Toshiba Plaza, Park Avenue will be officially renamed Bruno Mars Drive. The honor places Mars alongside Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr. as entertainers recognized with Las Vegas street names. Clark County Commissioner Jim Gibson is expected to present a proclamation, and Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo will provide a ceremonial state flag. MGM Resorts CEO Bill Hornbuckle will also be part of the ceremony.

Mars will make a charitable donation to a local nonprofit as part of the event.

The parade and ceremony are free and open to the public, making it a rare chance to see Mars up close outside the stadium.

The Album Behind the Tour

The Romantic Tour supports The Romantic, Mars’ fourth solo studio album. It dropped on February 27, 2026 via Atlantic Records and is his first solo release since 24K Magic in 2016.

The lead single “I Just Might” debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100. “Risk It All” followed as the second single and hit number one on the Billboard Global 200. The album features nine tracks, all produced by Mars and D’Mile.

Why Las Vegas Got the Opening Night

Mars’ connection to this city runs deeper than most touring artists. His Dolby Live residency at Park MGM lasted nine years and drew more than 800,000 fans. On New Year’s Eve 2024, he set the record for the highest-grossing single theater concert in Las Vegas residency history.

The Pinky Ring, his cocktail lounge at Bellagio, has become one of the more popular nightlife spots on the Strip. It is also an official sponsor of The Romantic Tour.

Choosing Allegiant Stadium for opening night puts the 65,000-seat venue in the global spotlight. Pre-sale tickets broke the record for the biggest single-day ticket sales in North American touring history, which led organizers to add 32 dates to the original schedule.
