If after completing a booking with Spotlight.Vegas you find a better price for the same item within 24 hours, we will match the competitor’s price and refund you the difference. It is that simple.

It is more important than ever to us that you enjoy Las Vegas to the fullest, and that includes making sure you get the best prices on everything. It is also the foundation of our Best Price Guarantee.

How It Works

Our Best Price Guarantee is subject to the following terms & conditions:

  • The Best Price Guarantee is only available for exact product matches. For example, show ticket prices for the same date, time, and category.
  • Prices for comparison must be both advertised and available to the general public on a competitor’s website.
  • Claims for products must be made within 24 hours after booking with Spotlight.Vegas.

All claim requests are subject to verification by Spotlight.Vegas. Screenshots, email offers, or other forms of evidence that cannot be independently verified by Spotlight.Vegas personnel on a competitor’s website will not be accepted. Requests will not be accepted that are the result of a printing error, website editing, or anything made fraudulently or in bad faith.

Verified and accepted requests will receive a refund credit for the difference in price to the payment gateway used for the booking.

The Best Price Guarantee is subject to change at any time without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of booking will determine the eligibility.
