Three New Shows on August 27, 28, and 29 Close Out the Sphere Run

Published July 10, 2026

Backstreet Boys just locked in the last dates of their 2026 summer run at Sphere. The group added three shows for August 27, 28, and 29, wrapping a stretch that already ran from mid-July through late August. It is the latest extension of Into the Millennium, the residency that made Backstreet Boys the first pop act to headline Sphere when it opened in July 2025.

The Final Three Shows Land in Late August

Due to fan demand, Backstreet Boys and Live Nation added the August 27, 28, and 29 shows on top of a schedule that already covered July 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 30, and 31, plus August 1, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, and 22. That puts the group’s 2026 summer slate at 21 dates inside Sphere. Since the residency launched in 2025, Backstreet Boys have played to more than 575,000 fans across 35 sold-out shows, performing the full Millennium album alongside their greatest hits inside the venue’s 160,000-square-foot wraparound screen. The band’s BSB Terminal fan activation, an airport-themed pop-up built with Vibee, returns to The Venetian Resort alongside the new dates. It is not a Spotlight product, but Sphere’s resident production is. The Wizard of Oz at Sphere discount tickets start at $123 and run daily while the venue rotates between shows.

What Else Is Playing at Sphere and Nearby

Sphere only hosts one production at a time between concert residencies, so when Backstreet Boys are not on stage, The Wizard of Oz takes over the same immersive screen. It is a 75-minute experience built for the venue’s format, recommended for guests six and older, with no late seating once a performance starts. Beyond Sphere, the Strip’s concert calendar stays packed all summer with residencies and touring acts across nearly every major resort. Spotlight tracks same-day pricing across the current Las Vegas concerts lineup, which is the fastest way to see what is actually on sale for any given night without digging through a dozen venue sites.

What This Means for Your Vegas Trip

If you already have Backstreet Boys tickets for one of the 21 dates, plan your night around Sphere itself. The venue sits off the Strip near the Venetian, so give yourself extra time for rideshare traffic on show nights, especially with BSB Terminal drawing its own crowd beforehand. If those dates do not fit your trip, The Wizard of Oz at Sphere is worth booking on its own merits rather than as a backup. Either way, check Spotlight’s cheap Las Vegas show tickets page before you lock in a night, since prices on production shows shift with demand the same way concert tickets do.

Book Your Sphere Night Through Spotlight

Backstreet Boys’ final 2026 dates will likely sell through quickly given the residency’s track record. If Into the Millennium is not in the cards, Spotlight can still get you inside Sphere for The Wizard of Oz, plus discounted seats for the rest of the Strip’s biggest productions.
