The Strat Las Vegas Shows
Instead of one massive headliner, The STRAT focuses on technically polished shows that are shorter, sharper, and easier to stack into a single night.
What Shows Are Playing at The STRAT Las Vegas
The STRAT’s lineup rewards planning. Most nights, multiple productions run back-to-back in the same theater, making it one of the few places in Vegas entertainment where you can realistically catch more than one show without rushing across the Strip.
ROUGE
ROUGE leans fully into athleticism and adult humor.
The show combines aerial work, dance, and physical comedy into a cabaret-style experience that doesn’t take itself too seriously. The tone stays playful and provocative rather than sultry, with performers regularly breaking the fourth wall to keep the energy loose.
While the production is polished, it embraces a distinctly Vegas aesthetic — bold, flashy, and intentionally cheeky.
Good fit for: bachelor or bachelorette show groups, couples looking for something daring
Not ideal for: anyone sensitive to explicit humor or partial nudity
LA Comedy Club
LA Comedy Club delivers traditional stand-up in its purest form.
Each night features a host, a middle act, and a touring headliner, with sets changing frequently. The Dragon Room is intentionally compact, which amplifies energy but also removes any buffer between performer and crowd.
Crowd work is common, especially for front-row guests.
Good fit for: comedy fans who want raw, unfiltered stand-up
Not ideal for: those uncomfortable with direct audience interaction

Typical Weekly Showing Times
The STRAT structures its schedule in layers.
LA Comedy Club runs multiple sets throughout the evening, while ROUGE anchors the late-night window with single or double performances depending on the day.
This staggered approach makes it possible to catch stand-up, grab dinner, and still catch a late adult show without leaving the building.
Peak congestion tends to happen during the transition between the 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM shows, especially around the main theater entrances.
Notable Venues Within The STRAT
The STRAT Theater is a mid-size space with generous legroom and a layout that works equally well for dance, mentalism, and variety shows. Its flexibility is the reason so many productions cycle through it nightly.
The Dragon Room houses LA Comedy Club and feels intentionally underground dark, tight, and designed to keep attention locked on the stage.
Seats With the Best Views
In the main theater, VIP Booths 3–5 offer the most balanced experience, sitting high enough to clear sightlines without feeling detached.
For iLuminate, center seating matters more than proximity. Being too close or too far to the side can distort the visual effects that make the show work.
Seats at the extreme front edges of the stage are best avoided, particularly for light-based performances, where angle matters more than distance.
Age Restrictions
Age policies are enforced at the door.
- 18+: ROUGE
- 18+ or 21+: LA Comedy Club (varies by set time)
If a show is age-restricted, expect ID checks before entering the queue.
Dress Code
The STRAT skews casual. Clean, comfortable attire fits right in across all shows. While there’s no formal enforcement, athletic wear or pool attire tends to feel out of place once seated.
Getting to The STRAT
The STRAT is not walk-friendly from the central Strip. A short rideshare is the most efficient option.
Once inside, the theaters are easy to reach, located on the Retail Level just above the casino floor. Guests with show tickets should ask at the box office about access to the observation deck, which is occasionally discounted or included.
About The STRAT Tower
The STRAT tower stands 1,149 feet tall, making it the tallest observation tower in the United States. It opened in 1996 (originally as the Stratosphere) and sits at the north end of the Strip, a short rideshare from the main casino corridor. Showgoers with a ticket can ask at the box office about discounted or bundled access to the observation deck on the same visit.
Why The STRAT Is Unique
The STRAT excels at output.
Rather than betting everything on one marquee attraction, it offers multiple shows at approachable price points, making it possible to build a full night around entertainment alone. For travelers who want variety, flexibility, and value — especially those willing to venture slightly north — The STRAT delivers one of the most efficient show lineups in Las Vegas.
