Sammy Hagar does not play the same show twice. For his five September dates at Dolby Live in Park MGM, Hagar and his Best of All Worlds band draw from a master list of more than 36 songs, rearranging the setlist every performance. Tickets start from $75 on Spotlight with exact seat selection through the venue seating chart.

The band behind this residency would headline arenas on its own. Joe Satriani, one of the most technically accomplished guitarists alive (six gold and platinum albums, 15 Grammy nominations), handles lead guitar. Michael Anthony, who played bass in Van Halen for over two decades, anchors the low end. Kenny Aronoff, a session drummer with credits spanning John Mellencamp to the Rolling Stones, sits behind the kit. Rai Thistlethwayte fills out the sound on keyboards and backing vocals. That roster makes this one of the strongest rock concerts in Las Vegas this fall.
A Different Setlist Every Night
Most Vegas residencies lock in a precision-timed setlist and repeat it nightly. Hagar does the opposite. His March 2026 opening night at Dolby Live ran 19 songs deep, touching Van Halen anthems (Panama, Poundcake, Why Can’t This Be Love, Right Now), solo staples (I Can’t Drive 55, There’s Only One Way to Rock), and a Satriani showcase on Surfing With the Alien.
“Every night, we’re going to open with a different song, we’re probably going to end with a different song,” Hagar has said. With 36-plus songs in rotation, no two performances share the same structure. For anyone catching multiple nights during a Vegas trip, this is one of the few residencies that genuinely rewards repeat attendance.
Five Decades, Four #1 Albums, One Tequila Empire
Hagar’s career spans more genre pivots than most artists attempt. He broke through as Montrose’s frontman in the early 1970s, went solo with hard-rock staples like “I Can’t Drive 55,” then replaced David Lee Roth in Van Halen in 1985. The Van Hagar era produced four consecutive number-one albums: 5150, OU812, For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge, and Balance.
After Van Halen, Hagar co-founded Chickenfoot, a supergroup with Satriani, Anthony, and Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith. He also built Cabo Wabo Tequila into a brand he sold to Campari for roughly $91 million. His Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction came through Van Halen, but the Las Vegas residency draws from every chapter, making it a standout on the Vegas live music calendar.
