• Pink Jeep Tours is open 364 days/year.
• No children under 3 years of age will be permitted on any tour
except Rocky Gap & City Tours, which has a 2-year minimum age.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult (2 year age minimum)
• Rates shown include tax; guide gratuity is not included.
(15% gratuity recommended).
• 3% passenger Transportation Recovery Fee on all tours operated from the state of
Nevada.
• Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to tour date.
No refunds are given for cancellations made within 48 hours of tour date.
• Tour size minimum: two passengers.
• Without penalty, tour can be moved to another date based on availability
• Full refund given if Pink Jeep Tours cancels a tour.
• Pink Jeep Tours reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel a tour due to
road or weather conditions.
• Pink Jeep Tours reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger.
• Electric or motorized scooters cannot be accommodated on tours,
but collapsible wheelchairs are allowed.
• Jeep tours are not recommended for anyone that has back or neck
problems, that is pregnant, or that has serious injuries.

Age Restrictions
Children must be 2 years old for Jeep tours and 3 years old for day tours.
Pink Jeep Tours provides car seats for all children under 6 years old and less than 57 inches tall. When you book your tour with us, please provide us with the ages of any children and we will take care of the rest!
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Other Restrictions
Pets & Service Animals
We do not allow pets on any of our tours. Certified service animals are permitted on all of our tours.
Guests with Disabilities
For the safety of our passengers, all guests must have upper body strength with the ability to hold themselves up during the tour. Guests are responsible for getting themselves in and out of our vehicles for their tour.
Pregnant Guests
The majority of our tours are on pavement and are appropriate for expectant women. Our Jeep tours are considered too rugged for women who are expecting.
Walking & Hiking
All of our tours have stops where you will be getting out of the vehicle and doing short walks on uneven terrain on paved or dirt pathways.
