October 29 To November 1 Packs Parties, Haunted Houses And A Saturday Night
Published October 20, 2026
Halloween lands on a Saturday in 2026, which turns the holiday into a four-day weekend in Las Vegas. Haunted houses are already open, the Palms has a new immersive room running, and the biggest club nights cluster around October 30 and 31. If you are planning a trip for it, the shows and attractions that lean into the holiday are the ones worth booking first.
A Saturday Halloween Stretches The Weekend To Four Days
October 31 falling on a Saturday is the reason this year runs long. Thursday the 29th becomes an arrival night, Friday the 30th carries the first wave of costume parties, and Saturday the 31st is the main event. Sunday the 1st is quieter, which is when locals go.
Haunted houses open early and stay open late. Halloween Maze on West Desert Inn Road runs Thursday through Sunday, staying open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, and continues into early November. It sells a Touch Pass upgrade that marks you as fair game for the actors, plus a No Boo Pass if you would rather walk through without being grabbed.
Haunted Houses And Immersive Rooms Are Already Open
The Palms has opened The Haunted Inn for the season, an immersive pop-up with roaming characters and themed rooms that took over the space Camp Palms used this summer. It is the newest of the holiday builds this season.
If you want the holiday without the queue, the year-round horror shows on the Strip deliver the same mood on a normal schedule. Zombie Burlesque tickets cover a zombie-themed comedy musical at the V Theater, running Monday through Saturday.
Haunted Brunch at Masquerade Village runs a costumed daytime show at the Rio on Friday through Sunday, which fits a weekend that starts on a Thursday.
Where The Party Crowd Lands On October 31
The club side concentrates on the Strip. TAO Group runs its Halloween Weekend across OMNIA, Hakkasan, Marquee and TAO Nightclub from October 29 to November 1, the Official Halloween Bar Crawl takes over Fremont East on the 31st, and the Sin City Halloween Ball returns to The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas for its 30th year.
Costumes are expected at all of them, and the door policy tightens as the night goes on. Buy ahead if you have a specific room in mind, because Saturday night lines move slowly.
Book The Halloween Weekend Before It Fills
Four nights, one Saturday, and a city that treats the holiday as a full production. If you want a haunted house, a themed show, or a room on the 31st, lock it now. Compare Las Vegas attractions and build the weekend around what you actually want to see.
