About

Douglas M. Osrow is a Las Vegas-based entertainment and gaming executive with more than 25 years of experience spanning Wall Street finance, public-company leadership, and consumer technology. He is the Co-Founder and President of Spotlight.Vegas, the leading online booking platform for Las Vegas shows, live events, and entertainment experiences Osrow has built Spotlight.Vegas from the ground up into one of the largest independent ticketing platforms on the Las Vegas Strip, growing the business to more than $30 million in consumer ticket sales in 2024 across direct partnerships with 40-plus casino resorts, entertainment venues, and attractions.

Experience

Before founding Spotlight.Vegas, Osrow served as Chief Financial Officer of two publicly traded companies with deep roots in the Las Vegas market:

Remark Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: MARK, 2013–2018): As CFO, he led financial strategy, investor relations, and SEC reporting for the digital media and technology company. He served as a public-facing executive on earnings calls and press communications, overseeing the company’s travel and entertainment segment, where he drove a 44% increase in mobile transactions and delivered positive EBITDA in a historically weak quarter.

Paragon Gaming Corporation (2011–2013): As CFO of the Las Vegas-based casino management company, Osrow helped oversee a portfolio that included iconic Strip and Nevada properties. During his tenure, Paragon assumed management of the Riviera Hotel-Casino on behalf of Starwood Capital Group, orchestrating a $21 million swing in bottom-line results, taking the property from a trailing twelve-month loss of approximately $17 million to a positive $4 million within the first full year. Paragon also managed the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino and began development of the $600-million Parq Vancouver resort.

Osrow has also served on the boards of multiple public companies, including eQube Gaming Ltd. (TSXV: EQG) and Datasea, Inc. (NASDAQ: DTSS), bringing governance experience across gaming technology and data sectors. In 2025, he was named to the Advisory Board of PRIMA, a global hospitality technology platform, where he was cited for bringing “financial and strategic depth” to the company’s expansion.

He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA from Northwestern University. He lives and works in Las Vegas, Nevada.
